When you choose to disclose an irregularity, you may click on make a tip-off. On the following pages you will be asked to answer several questions, including personal data, by choosing one of the answers provided or by typing the information in the space indicated. As detailed information is essential for the follow-up of a report, you will be asked to provide additional information if necessary.

The information from the report that is forwarded to Safaricom Limited will be sent in anonymous form; any detail that could lead to your identification will be omitted (unless you specifically authorise Deloitte to reveal your identity in the report that is forwarded).
